Today I went with my next door neighbour on her first run. 2 min walk, 1 min run. Just enough to stretch the legs and get some fresh air at the end of the day. With us was a toddler in a pram and a 9 year old who was impatient when we walked.
I felt no effort whatsoever, but it was nice to remember that a couple of years ago I was also walking-running and trying not to give up on multiple couch to 5K programs. In the end, S was happy and so was I.
